I HATE PHILLY!!!

Just kidding but man, those Eagles! Poor Christmas present for us Dallas Cowboys fans! I am starting to get worried/annoyed. After an amazing mid season turnaround, the 'Boys are choking in the games that matter! Doesn't bode well for the play-offs.... And all this noise about who will be back next year (Parcells) and who wont (Tyrell). I was probably Owen's biggest non-fan, but he has contributed to this team. I detested Deion Sanders as well, but hey, football is entertainment and BIG business so whatever packs the stadium and gets the fans to watch on TV is what it's all about. So we (probably) just lost the first round bye, lost the division (even if they tie, Philly has the best division record) so more obstacles in the post season for a team that is croaking in the pressure games. All we fans can do is pray this is all growing pains to a stellar season next year! Go Cowboys!

BIG NEWS and CHANGES in MY LIFE!

Friday December 15, the ownership of my home became official!
We had been living there since May 15, 2006, but now we officially own it.
While celebrating this big event in our lives, I proposed to my girlfriend Christine, who accepted!
Our time together (we met in August 2005) has been great and we look forward to a long and happy union. Wedding is sometime in early 2008 with a view to having it in Jamaica!

They Aint Pretty , but They WON!

How 'bout dem Cowboys! In an exciting game where the momentum swung back and forth like a pendulum, the 'Boys prevailed! Romo looked great after what had to be a confidence shaking game against the Saints and the defense didn't give up even after giving up 4 touchdowns to the explosive Falcons offense.
My only question would be why is Marion Jones not the feature running back when his prodcutivity in the clinches is way better than Julius Jones? As a one-two combo, they are impressive, but Marion seems to only get in on short yardage situations or later in the game.

How 'bout dem SAINTS?!

Wow, last night's game was something else! The Cowboys didn't play that badly, the 77 yard Jones run for a TD, the speed and swarming of the defense, the team really looked like it was on fire! The bad news is the Saints were hotter. They played brilliantly and executed flawlessly. Ironic that there are a number of ex Cowboys players and coaches on the Saints. Congrats to the Saints, the upcoming rematch against Philly looks to be shaping up to be a good one!

Sometimes it's about LUCK!

Yeah, yeah, the win wasn't pretty on Sunday but hey, luck is always a factor in Sports. The Cowboys played a pretty solid game, and chops to the NY Giants, they came to the game fired up and ready to battle! It was an extremely exciting and enjoyable game to watch anyway you cut it. The fact that Dallas won and is on top of the NFC East...AWESOME!
The season gets better and better.....
